Why Narcissistic abuse recovery needs more than talk!
Thriving Not Just Surviving!
EFL
Why this program is different
Equine Facilitated Learning is an experiential learning approach using ground-based activities with horses to facilitate learning and healing experiences for humans.
Traditional support groups with talk therapy are powerful, but sometimes they aren't enough on their own.
This EFL program uses ground-based activities with horses to immerse participants in carefully designed, real-time relationship scenarios where trust, communication, decision-making, and influence become visible and tangible. Guided reflection and expert facilitation turn experience into insight that participants can immediately translate back to their environment.

Why Horses.....
Horses are used in EFL because their nature as prey animals makes them exceptionally sensitive to human non-verbal communication, emotions, and energy, providing immediate non-judgmental feedback. They reflect human behaviors, helping participants build emotional regulation, self-awareness, trust, and communication skills in a safe, experiential setting. Horses respond to presence, clarity, and emotional regulation, not charm, fear, gaslighting, or compliance.
You are not alone.....
My mission as a thriving survivor of a 10-year narcissistic abusive relationship is to guide and facilitate you with an absolute understanding, empathy, and compassion needed to heal and thrive in a safe, non-judgmental environment.
